In response to an injury and/or pain, bodies will learn compensatory movement patterns and posture, which can lead to decreased physical capacity, loss of strength, altered joint mechanics and ultimately chronic pain. BIM specializes in developing programs that will restore stability, improve movement, and build strength.
The aim of our active rehabilitation program is to help you correct movement patterns and posture that have been lost as a response to your injury or pain. We will work to help you regain your flexibility, strength, power, muscular and cardiovascular endurance, balance, and co-ordination. Our exercise programs are individually designed and will be progressively managed. We will consider factors, such as your injury, functional limitations, and the requirements of your job and daily needs while developing your program.
