Balance In Motion is more than just training! Using a kinesiology-based approach, our programs are built from the ground up and geared towards lasting results.
BIM specializes in strength & conditioning coaching, as well as rehabilitation through exercise. Each individual who enters our training facility is assessed, monitored, and prescribed unique programs specifically tailored to their needs and goals. At BIM we address inadequate core stabilization, poor posture, reduced flexibility and mobility, and improper body mechanics; all of which are issues that can contribute to reduced function and performance. Once proper movement patterns are restored and stability has improved, optimal movement function follows. As a result, the full potential of one’s strength, power, agility and speed can be achieved.
